Tom Rowland, CPA
Tom is from Ripley, Mississippi and is a 1972 graduate of the University
of Mississippi with a BBA in Accountancy. He is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and holds a reciprocal
certificate in the State of Mississippi. He is also a member of the Memphis
Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the Associated
Subcontractors Association of West Tennessee. Tom has worked with or
been a partner in CPA firms with a special interest in the construction
industry since 1974.
Tom and his wifr Freida live in Bartlett. They have two children and six
wonderful grandchildren.
Benny Carter, CPA
Benny is from Ripley, Mississippi and is a 1979 graduate of the University
of Mississippi with a BBA in Accountancy. He is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and holds a reciprocal
certificate in the State of Mississippi. He is also a member of the Memphis
Capter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated
Subcontractors Association of West Tennessee, and the Memphis Chapter
of CFMA. Benny has worked with or been a partner in CPA firms with a
special interest in the construction industry since 1979..
Benny and his wife Rita live in Collierville, TN. They have two children.
Mike Kaspar, CPA
Mike is originally from Chicgo, Illinois and is a 1979 graduate of Northern
Illinois University with a BBA in Accountancy. He is a member of the
American Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and holds
reciprocal certificates in several states. Mike has worked with or been a
partner in CPA firms with an emphasis on the construction industry and
HUD financed muti-family housing projects since 1980.
Mike and his wife Debbie live in Lakeland, TN. They have three boys, one
in High school and two in college.
